A collaboration between the Swiss Polar Institute, the Paul Scherrer Institute and the Swiss Data Science Center, the ACE-DATA project is using powerful statistical methods to investigate the interplay between the sea and atmosphere in the Southern Ocean. Opening up the data from the Antarctic Circumnavigation Expedition through a platform created by the Swiss Data Science Center will allow full access to the wealth of information, for all.
