SPI Flagship Initiatives: Info Event 1

During this 1-hour online information event the Swiss Polar Institute will present details of the second call for proposals for the SPI Flagship Initiatives. Participants will have the opportunity to ask specific questions regarding the programme and the application procedure.
SPI Flagship Initiatives are multi-annual programmes combining science and technology projects from different disciplines and different groups / institutions in Switzerland around a polar focus region. The funding will focalise on field campaigns (logistics, safety, etc.), data management, outreach, and programme coordination, thus providing temporary infrastructure for a Swiss-led polar research programme.
The call for proposals will open on 3 February 2025, with a detailed call document published on the SPI webpage.
In order to allow everyone interested to participate, the information event will be held twice, on Thursday 6 February and Tuesday 11 February at 15:00 (GMT+1).
